By submitting UGC, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify reproduce, and distribute your UGC for purposes related to the Services. You guarantee your UGC does not infringe the rights of others or violate laws.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICES.
